1. Your order can be phoned, faxed, or e-mailed in. However; our staff is available throughout to day to take your call or immediately process your order. No telephone tag. No need to depend on voice-mail for critical instructions.
   
   
2. The appraisal is entered into our state-of-the-art computer network, using the latest industry-standard ACI software. This immediately "creates the file" so that we can track, identify, and provide information to you at any point in the process.
   
   
3. We then assign the field appraiser based on the best combination of location and property/mortgage type to fit your needs. Appraisal Masters offers you decades of locally based experience you can trust. Each Appraiser has laptop and digital camera equipment that can network with our office system to seamlessly move your appraisal data from the field to your desktop.
   
   
4. The Field Appraiser works with the property owner directly to gather the data. Photographs are transferred to the appraisal file on the laptop system. Comps are located via direct connection to MLS and County Property Records systems. Adjustments and preliminary valuations are completed by the Field Appraiser.
   
   
5. The file is then transferred to the office network and two final reviews are done. Our Electronic "Reviewmaster" software checks all files for completeness, arithmetic, and formulations. Then as a final "human" check, each appraisal file is reviewed by owner and senior appraiser, Taffy Benson
   
   
6. Appraisal Masters offers you the latest in time-saving technology with EDI, Electronic Data Interface. We can install free software on your own system that allows us to send you the finished appraisal electronically via the Internet! When combined with our streamlined system above, we can generally turn your appraisal around up to two days faster. Naturally, we can also have finished copies of appraisals hand delivered to your desk.
